Keeps Closing on iPad

I open the app, press either button to start selecting names, and the app just closes. It worked one time, and since then, it closes every time. The app support link takes me to a blog of some kind, with no way to submit a support request.

It is a neat idea, but I feel like a schmuck having paid for an app that says it works on the iPad, but for me clearly does not.
